“Success is sweet, but its secret is sweat.”

Hard work, sincerity and dedication are the three major factors behind the success of every person. It was certainly my parents and teachers who motivated me to secure the First position in KSA   along with God’s Grace. It was also the thought that life is an opportunity, therefore, we must utilize it to the maximum and because of the fact that time once lost is never regained which made me achieve this position.

I have chosen Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology as my subjects because of my love towards science. Science has entered every field today and it has become so important that one cannot imagine a day without science and technology.

My ambition is to become a doctor, that is, to pursue in the field of medicine which I consider as one of the greatest services to mankind.

THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR HARD WORK………

I would like to begin this small article by acknowledging one and all who have helped me achieve this milestone. I believe that the secret of any person’s success lies in his hard work & the interest he has towards the work he does. So for a student to be successful in his studies, he has to develop an interest towards what he learns.

My favourite subject is mathematics. I love spending my time spending solving tricky problems. Mathematics is a subject that demands a lot of practice and I am sure that a lot of practice in mathematics does pay off in the form of marks in our examinations.

The world of science is another place which all of us enjoy being in. It is full of facts that hold together our life.  Physics gives an opportunity to understand how everything around us functions while chemistry gives us an idea about atoms and molecules that make up everything in this world and biology tells us about ourselves and all the living things around us. Science is very interesting once we understand the concepts well.

Social Studies does take time to learn and some of us may not find it as interesting as science or mathematics but once we try to understand the chapter and go into its depth, it will also turn out to be very interesting. I used to learn most of my history lessons by visualizing situations (like Napoleon’s administrative reforms) and it has helped me a lot so far. I would suggest all of my friends to try this technique.

Most of us take languages lightly. But we do not realize that if we score good marks in languages our overall percentage increases automatically. I would suggest my little friends to spend some time everyday reading books. This helps in developing our vocabulary.

Anyone who is well prepared for examinations does not need to worry about them. It is also important to sleep well before an examination.
